Cancellation Policy
All prices are for 35 days. Contract can be renewed for another 30 days for $500. Home must be clean before staging Homes must have water and electricity - ADD $200 if utilities are off More than TWO floors might be subject to additional fee $500 deposit due to reserve your job appointment 72 hour jobs must pay in full to secure agreed upon appointment Must be paid in full at least 4 days before job date
